I was there with an elderly relative, and they showed real compassion and patience, making sure we both felt comfortable and supported. It made a big difference and turned what could have been a stressful visit into a very smooth one. Really grateful for the excellent service.
- JCJase CFeb 13, 20261.0Went in and asked politely for some change out of my Nat West account and was point blankly told no, not sure if I heard correctly I said pardon and again rudely told NO. The aging woman with mousey shoulder length grey hair requires extensive training in customer service if she is to carry on in banking. Asked for the same service at the Post Office a few yards away and was treated with respect and dignity with the same request, which was successful.
